Summary:
Supports timekeeping, payroll, and administrative operations with strong data entry, reporting, and system usage.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Timekeeping data entry, reporting & rate updates
  • SAP (cost requests), SNAP (invoices/payments)
  • Invoice processing, payment research, same-day checks
  • Assist onboarding & employee records management
  • Track sick/vacation time
  • Archibus approvals & records creation
  • Document scanning & general admin support
Requirements:
  • Experience in timekeeping (preferred)
  • Basic-intermediate MS Office & data entry skills
  • Strong communication, organization & multitasking
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred:
  • SAP, SNAP, DocuSign, SharePoint, Archibus, Sphere
  • Union payroll/IATSE knowledge
  • 10-key proficiency, customer service skills
