Red Bank Regional High School is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to the Athletic Director to support the daily operations of a dynamic and student-centered athletic department. This is a 10 month position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Athletic Director and athletic department.
- Coordinate athletic schedules, calendars, events, transportation, facilities, and communications.
- Assist coaches, students, families, and staff with athletic-related questions and needs.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, schedules, and other departmental materials.
- Assist with athletic registrations, purchasing, invoices, and event preparation.
- Communicate professionally with students, families, coaches, staff, officials, and outside organizations.
- Support the successful operation of athletic events and programs throughout the school year.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; additional coursework or degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Prior experience in a school, athletic, or administrative setting preferred.
