About the Role
A well-established, high-end residential community is seeking a Design Review & Standards Administrative Assistant to support architectural review and construction coordination efforts. This role works closely with department leadership to keep projects organized, communication flowing, and timelines on track.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys structured work, detailed coordination, and being the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and support weekly design review and construction progress meetings
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up communications
  • Act as a point of contact for homeowners, architects, builders, and internal teams
  • Maintain organized digital and physical project files
  • Track documentation related to design submissions, approvals, and guidelines
  • Assist with site visits, inspections, and pre-construction coordination
  • Support updates to design standards and related materials
  • Process project-related fees and coordinate internally as needed
  • Assist with digitizing and organizing property records

What They’re Looking For

  • Administrative experience (construction, architecture, or planning environment preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Acrobat experience a plus
  • Comfortable learning technical documents such as plans and specifications
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
