Nipmuc Regional High School is seeking a full-time, school-year Administrative Assistant to the Principals.

Job Qualifications/Skills Needed:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Working knowledge of office procedures and operation of common office equipment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented;
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in dealing with classified information;
• Ability to use tact, diplomacy, and judgment when working with a variety of constituencies;
• Positive attitude and a willingness to help others;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Flexible and able to change priorities quickly;
• Excellent computer skills (Google Workplace, Drive, PowerSchool, Canva)
