As an Administrative Assistant, you will work in the executive suite located in Burlington County, NJ

The qualified candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and all levels of program staff; maintain the highest level of confidentiality; must work independently; be highly organized and be able to multi-task; must follow all company and state policies and procedures

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and organize complex activities, such as: meetings, travel, and department activities for CAO and the respective departments
  • Create and develop visual presentation for the CAO
  • Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and summarize for the CAO
  • Sort and distribute mail; open mail for the CAO and determine level of priority
  • Have the ability to review financial documents including budgets
  • Manage multiple projects - ensuring deadlines are met
  • Answer phone calls for the suite, take messages and field/answer all routine and non-routine questions
  • Appropriately handle confidential and non-routine information
  • Support the customer service standards for the executive suite and main suite including receptionist duties
  • Support the Board of Trustees committee and meeting functions including evening meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;

  • One (1) year clerical/secretarial experience required;

  • Candidate must be detail-oriented. Excellent computer skills and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required;

  • Valid Drivers License in good standing required.
