Our House of Tooele is looking for a dependable, organized, and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team and work closely with our Executive Director in the day-to-day operations of our assisted living community.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a healthcare environment, has strong organizational and communication skills, and is willing to step in wherever help is needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in healthcare management, scheduling, payroll, human resources, or assisted living operations.What You'll Do!Assist the Executive Director with daily administrative and operational responsibilities.Help coordinate staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing coverage.Assist with payroll-related tasks and maintaining accurate employee records.Provide support with HR duties, including employee documentation, onboarding, and other personnel needs.Maintain organized files, records, calendars, and office documentation.Assist with communication between management, staff, residents, and families.Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and other administrative activities.Handle general office duties, including phones, emails, filing, data entry, and correspondence.Assist with compliance documentation and other healthcare-related administrative tasks.Help monitor and maintain an organized, efficient office environment.Be willing to lend a helping hand with other community needs when necessary.Support the Executive Director and leadership team with special projects and daily priorities.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in healthcare, assisted living, senior care, or a similar setting preferred.Management or supervisory experience is a strong plus.Experience with employee scheduling, payroll, and/or HR is highly desirable.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
