Pay: Up to $25.42/hr based on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

This position is ONSITE in Torrance, CA Must be able to commute to Torrance, CA

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
• Providing general administrative support to department staff based on the assigned specialty area.
• Assisting with meeting planning, scheduling, and preparation of materials and documentation.
• Collecting, compiling, and maintaining records and documentation in an organized and accurate manner.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 2+ years of on-the-job administrative experience or completion of a vocational training program.
• Hold a High School diploma or GED.
• Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with basic formula knowledge (no macros or VLOOKUP required).
