Job Overview:
The Service Coordinator provides operational support for the Moody Service Center facility including clerical, administrative, and/or technical responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Manages front desk phone & email correspondence.
  • Develop and distribute various correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Compile and maintain any reference manuals or other document manuals.
  • Plan, schedule and/or coordinate events, trainings, etc.
  • Entering timesheets (updating hours on SQDIP tab)
  • Maintains and orders supplies.
  • Maintains departmental files.
  • Schedules maintenance on equipment and the building.
  • May create purchase requisitions (pending access approval)
  • Scanning, shredding, and maintaining e-files according to standard defined process.
  • Check COI book for all vendors who enter the building if their COI is current and if they have watched the safety video in the last year.
  • Repairs / Remans Preparing to ship to customer – Emails / Follow-ups when pump is a week away from shipping.
  • UX –Opening reman jobs, processing incoming cores, core process and core tracking.
  • Preparing job packets.
  • May create shipping documents for incoming/outgoing shipments.
  • Creates and maintains log sheets, forms, charts, graphs, etc.   
  • Running weekly reports.
  • Processes scrap letters
  • Maintains record system to ensure appropriate training is completed and recorded by ISO.
  • May assist with software training and provide technical support for department users.
  • Supports quality objectives through utilization of quality work instructions, requisitions, and corrective action notices.
  • May maintain and/or generate quality reports.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with administrative role supporting mid-size teams. 
  • 3+ years of experience with being proficient in Microsoft Office software

Core Competencies: 
  • Must be able to type 45 words per minute
  • Able to work in fast paced work environment. 

Preferences: 
  • HS Diploma or GED preferred. Higher Education or certificate is a plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing, sales, or service environment.   
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements: 
This position will be based 100% onsite at our Moody, AL facility
