Administrative Assistant – Temporary

Looking for a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable, well-established organization? We're hiring a dependable Administrative Assistant for a 2-month temporary assignment in downtown Tulsa.

This is a full-time, onsite role in a business office environment—perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping behind the scenes, and gaining experience with a large company.

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-time, onsite
  • Parking is paid for
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • $17 per hour
  • Business casual dress code (no jeans)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Scanning and organizing documents
  • Filing and maintaining records
  • Data entry and general office support
  • Assisting with mailroom duties (FedEx, incoming/outgoing mail)
  • Helping with special projects as needed
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Good typing - data entry skills
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working onsite for the full duration of the assignment
  • Previous administrative experience required

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
