Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a growing Tulsa-area company. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations through administrative support, accounting assistance, scheduling coordination, and customer communication.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, email, and general computer applications
Reliable attendance and professional demeanor REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions
Handle cash receipts and cashier-related duties
Prepare, maintain, and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Schedule truck appointments for pickups and deliveries
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff
Communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal departments
Assist with filing, document management, and office organization
Support daily office operations and special projects as assigned
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial office environments
Experience working with accounting systems or bookkeeping functions
Familiarity with shipping documentation and scheduling processes
Strong Excel skills and data management experience
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
Frequent use of office equipment including computers, phones, and printers
Ability to occasionally lift office supplies and documents up to 25 lbs
