Office Administrator - Visalia, CA

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $22-$23 per hour

Express is recruiting for an Office Administrator in the Visalia area. This role supports daily office operations and works closely with leadership, accounting, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry, reporting, and tracking
  • Support day-to-day office organization and communication
Qualifications:
