Summary:
- We are currently looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for our busy practice! eClinical experience is highly desired, along with the ability to help in other locations when needed.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage payer and facility credentialing and maintain provider information on payer portals.
- Troubleshoot EMR software issues and coordinate with vendors for IT, software, and facility maintenance.
- Order office and medical supplies and maintain inventory.
- Generate reports and create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and handle business correspondence.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical practice setting.
- Experience with payer and facility credentialing is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, dependable, and trustworthy, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
