REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires an associate's degree in a related field or equivalent and related experience to demonstrate:
High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong mathematical skills, computer proficiency, and attention to detail.
Ability to work hours other than those considered normal at various times throughout the year to meet deadlines and demands.
Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training, including education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training related to the position's requirements.
