PLAN-T Inc. seeks a driven, patient, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help maintain daily office
activities and customer base.

Job Description
Day-to-day work will range from supporting customer service in processing customers' daily order requests and
handling daily office routine to ensuring customers have a clear channel to engage with the team.

Responsibilities
-Customer Service Support:
Assist with processing and accurately entering orders, and direct customer inquiries about products or services to the appropriate team member.

-Office Operations Support:
Answer and handle company phone calls. Assist with daily office operations, including supporting the morning loading process, arranging delivery packages for the express store, maintaining showroom displays, preparing product samples, and assisting the team with container unloading when needed.

Qualifications And Skills
Articulate written and verbal communication (internal and external)
Enjoys teamwork and can work independently
Capability to use or welling to learn Microsoft Outlook / G Suite skills
Must be punctual, responsible, and able to lift and move heavy items.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Spanish or Mandarin is a plus

Working Hour
4 days per week. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
09:00am – 03:30pm. (Detail could be discussed)
