Everstaff is seeking an Administrative Office Coordinator for a growing service-based organization in Willoughby, OH. This role will support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow across multiple departments. The candidate will also be responsible for a variety of administrative, customer service, and operational support functions, helping maintain organization and communication throughout the business.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

Salary: $35,000
Full-Time, Onsite position
Schedule: 
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails while providing professional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and update information within company software systems.
  • Learn and utilize internal business and transaction processing systems.
  • Assist with routine financial and administrative tasks, including documentation and record maintenance.
  • Review and update customer account information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Support field personnel by coordinating schedules, relaying information, and assisting with operational needs.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Assist with general office projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, databases, or other business software is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience supporting accounting, billing, or financial recordkeeping functions is a plus.
