Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Wilsonville, AL
Duration: 12+ months

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Maintenance, Planning, Compliance, Engineering, Fuels, and Environmental teams.
  • Manage timekeeping, attendance, employee expense reports, record retention, filing, office supplies, travel, meetings, and calendars.
  • Prepare reports, verify contractor timesheets, maintain ARCOS updates, support FMLA administration, and coordinate vendor services (copiers, phones).
  • Support safety initiatives, reimbursements, and provide backup for other administrative assistants.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED (Associate degree or vocational certification preferred).
  • 1–5 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with travel coordination, meeting management, report preparation, and calendar management.
  • Experience with timekeeping systems; Accounts Payable, SHIPS, PeopleSoft, and plant/union environment experience preferred.
