JOB DESCRIPTION:
*General office duties including, answering incoming telephone calls, office supply maintenance, filing, maintaining files and processing incoming mail
*Collaborating with management, customers, team members, and third-party relationships
*Answering inquiries about the organization and provide callers with relevant information
*Managing special administrative projects and overflow work from the department
*Processing invoices
*Reviewing and processing contracts
*Project Tracker
*Marketing flyer editing and creating
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
*2 years of office administrative experience
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, and Google Drive
*Proficiency in Canva, and a some marketing experience, or experience in marketing material creation
