Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate and coordinate with assigned partners to obtain required data
Maintain program and funder-mandated databases by entering new and updated information
Generate reports from program and funder-mandated databases, and applications such as Excel
Perform analysis to identify and interpret trends or patterns in reporting data
Maintain files in an organized and confidential manner while adhering to compliance standards
Provide administrative support, including copying, filing, scheduling, purchasing, preparing meeting minutes
Perform and report on research projects
Track and reconcile expenses against receipts, bank statements, and invoices
Assist in program audits; gather data, reports and files as needed
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Bachelors degree with 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar
Possess strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Technology savvy with the ability and interest in mastering new systems and applications
Excellent written, and verbal communication abilities
Spanish-speaking preferred but not requiredF
