Job Summary

This Administrative Associate III performs multi-dimensional administrative tasks that require creativity and independent, discretionary judgment to meet the needs of a manager or function. They may act on behalf of superior on routine matters within established guidelines. Reports to assigned manager.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required.
  • Additional higher education preferred.
  • 2+ years previous medical secretarial or 3+ years of high level administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High degree of confidentiality.
