| University of Michigan Health-Sparrow is seeking an Administrative |
| Assistant to support leaders within our growing Health Partners |
| division. |

| This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who |
| enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a fast-paced environment. |
| As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support |
| to multiple Directors, coordinate meetings and communications, manage |
| schedules and priorities, and help keep important initiatives moving |
| forward. |

| No two days are exactly alike. Success in this role requires strong |
| organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability |
| to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high |
| level of accuracy and customer service. |

| JOB REQUIREMENTS |

| ## What You'll Do |
| |
| - Provide administrative support to multiple Directors and |
| department leaders |
| - Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling |
| logistics |
| - Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, |
| presentations, and other business documents |
| - Coordinate meetings, conferences, interviews, and travel |
| arrangements |
| - Support departmental initiatives by tracking action items, |
| monitoring timelines, and assisting with coordination across |
| teams |
| - Maintain confidential records and information with a high degree |
| of discretion |
| - Communicate professionally with physicians, executives, board |
| members, external organizations, and community partners |
| - Utilize Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and other |
| technology platforms to support daily operations |
