Administrative Business Partner
Location: South San Francisco, CA (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Pay Rate: $21.66–$34.96/hr
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Business Partner to provide high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, support department operations, process expenses, maintain documentation, and assist with business planning and special projects. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multiple leaders, coordinating cross-functional activities, and driving administrative process improvements.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Business Partner experience
  • Executive calendar management across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Meeting, workshop, and offsite event coordination
  • Domestic and international travel coordination
  • Expense reporting and invoice processing
  • Business planning and operational support
  • Administrative process improvement
  • Budget tracking, purchasing, and vendor coordination
