Administrative Clerk (Enrollment)

The Administrative Clerk is a role that provides support to our Enrollment Department. In this role, you will do a large volume of department data entry, communicate with doctor’s offices to provide our pharmacy information for patients and send text messages to patients as well as any other functions that support the team.  Flexibility is important as support needs fluctuate.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Enrollment team, you’ll play an important role in delivering a seamless experience for our patients and partners. In this fast-paced environment, you will:

• Support day-to-day operations of the Enrollment team through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks
• Accurately data enter new patient accounts, maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a high-volume setting
• Send customized texts to our patients and work a queue of daily tasks
• Contact provider offices through outbound calls to provide our information as their preferred pharmacy
• Update tracking tools (spreadsheets, logs, and reports) to keep work organized and visible when applicable
• Independently prioritize tasks and manage your workload to meet deadlines and team goals
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities to support team success and continuous improvement
  
  

What You'll Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of administrative or clerical work preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player; ability to work independently while supporting multiple company functions
• Adaptability to change and willingness to be flexible to support the departments needs
• Exceptional time management skills
• Ability to work the following schedule: 
  • Monday to Friday 10:30 to 7:00 pm 
  • This position requires full-time, in-office attendance during the initial training period. Following successful completion of training, employees may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement and up to two flexible days per week, with adjusted hours ending at approximately 6:00 PM.
