Job Purpose:
Serve as an assistant for all administrative tasks related to business operations. Focus will be on material compliance and surcharge fee process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures
(including but not limited to Quality Systems Regulations, ISO 9001/13485, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes).
Compliance
Core Responsibility
• Process compliance requests from customers
• Contact vendors as required for material information, including supporting
documentation
• Manage the communication internally and externally regarding material compliance
Material Assistance
Core Responsibility
• Assist in the updating of parts in the ERP system
• Research and document surcharge fees related to individual materials
• Assist in acquiring all information needed for distribution parts, such as pictures,
datasheets, and descriptions
Computer Support
Secondary Responsibility
• Provide support on first round triage of IT issues
• Assist as coordinator with external IT company, as needed
• Support in computer upgrades, when possible
• Assist with the up keep of ERP data
Department Assistance
Secondary Responsibility
• Assist accounting with customer communication and documentation support, as
needed
• Assist sales with various administrative tasks and projects
• Assist production in various program/projects, as needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum
• 1+ years in administration role.
• Strong computer skills including proficient in MS Office
Preferred:
• Prior experience in compliance and regulatory systems
• Experience with ERP
Physical Requirements/Capabilities:
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and the ability to talk and hear.
• Ability to frequently sit for prolonged amounts of time, stand, walk, reach with hands and arm's length, climb or balance, stoop or bend, push, pull, kneel, and crouch as job requires.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time.
