Overview
Join our Supply Chain Administrative Team, supporting Oracle ERP Supplier onboarding and maintenance.
The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and entering Supplier profile information into the Oracle ERP Purchasing system.
This position is in the Kings Highway facility and will be in office five days a week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Complete Supplier Onboarding data entry, ensuring compliance with SOX controls and company procedures
- Maintain Supplier profiles in the ERP Oracle Purchasing system, ensuring compliance with SOX controls and company procedures
- Track security forms, including Form DD254s, for contract compliance
- Support the Business Systems Group system changes through testing prior to implementation and ticket troubleshooting

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency
- 2-5 years of administrative experience in an office setting
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with data input
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle data entry
