Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support for the Crossett Area team in Weyerhaeuser's Southern Timberlands Business, North Louisiana/Arkansas Region. This position reports directly to the Area Manager and is based at our Timberlands office in Crossett, AR. Find out more about Weyerhaeuser at www.weyerhaeuser.com and learn our Story here: https://youtu.be/c2R_lQ7wo0A Key Functions: Direct support to the Crossett Area Manager to help facilitate efficient operations Vendor administration: contract updates and maintenance, processing invoices, system entries and various business tasks Provide day-to-day support for general business functions within the Crossett Area team General office functions: contract and file maintenance, coordinating visits, scheduling and tracking required training, reconciliation of timber settlements and processing of invoices for various expenses at both the Area and Region level. Basic Administrative Support of Building Tenants: Serve as office contact for contracted services and building maintenance, greet and direct visitors, administer and coordinate shipped/received parcels and daily mail, coordinate and maintain office safety equipment and general office supplies, scheduling which may include room reservations, meals and logistics Serves as safety role model, which may include leading and/or assisting in organizing safety workshops, maintaining safety records and being an active member of the Region Safety Council
