Job Function

Matching up bills of lading to the shipping packets for billing Processing the shipping packets in the billing module creating invoice edits Assists in month end closing and inventory Scanning completed billing packets into Laserfiche Update Receivers and Inventory Processing items in company system Answer phones Assist customers with order status Order supplies Assist in HR duties

Required Skills

High School Graduate or equivalent. Training will be provided Previous experience preferred but not required Must be detail oriented Microsoft Office and Teams proficient Good communication skills
