NORTHEAST DELTA HUMAN SERVICES AUTHORITY MISSION:
Serve as a catalyst for individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive disorders to help them realize their full human potential by offering quality, excellent care with greater accessibility.
Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is seeking anAdministrative Coordinator 3 to work as part of a treatment team to provide quality care and reduce the stigma surrounding behavioral health (mental health or substance use) and physical health treatment. The incumbent independently performs duties requiring a broad knowledge of several clerical fields to assist the administrative team with all assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Greets all consumers and directs consumer to appropriate areas in the clinic while simultaneously answering all telephone calls and directing calls to appropriate staff.
Strictly adheres to policies related to criteria for services, confidentiality/disclosure of consumers records, disposal of records, etc.
Assists with maintenance of yearly fee updates for all consumers according to agency guidelines and maintains necessary forms for the establishment of fees for services as needed. Enters information into Claimtrak related to income, benefits, and dependents as well as providing consumers with information related to insurance benefits and out of pocket costs.
Confirms appointments daily and completes phone calls related to pending appointments.
Assists with keeping all consumer records current, filing or uploading reports/evaluations, correspondence, discharge summaries, etc., using the LDH policy for open/closed cases.
Verifies and documents Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance coverages and scans copies of insurance cards and ID information into Claimtrak.

Location: Monroe Integrated Care Clinic
Compensation: NEDHSA is a designated approved National He alth Service Corps (NHSC) site. Clinicians who work at NHSC-approved sites are eligible to apply to the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to pay off student loans.
(Full-time clinical practice is defined as no less than 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 45 weeks per year.)
