Were looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Oakdale Behavioral Health Clinic. Our Behavioral Health Services division provides comprehensive and coordinated outpatient services to individuals with mental illness and/or an addictive disorder (alcohol, drugs, or gambling) for both adults and children.

Minimum Qualifications

Two years of experience in administrative services.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:

Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

  • Serve as clinic operator/receptionist within ImCal's satellite clinics.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
  • Operate and maintain various office equipment such as copy machine, calculator, fax machine, computers, laptop computers, projector, cameras, etc.
  • Conduct initial screenings and process referrals for clinic services.
  • Schedule, confirm, cancel and reschedule clinical appointments for all providers by phone and/or mail.

Position-Specific Details:

Appointment Type: Job Appointment or probational

Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
