Imperial Calcasieu Human Services Authority (ImCal HSA) exists so that citizens with mental health, addictions, and developmental challenges residing in the parishes of Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, and Jefferson Davis are empowered, and self-determination is valued such that individuals live a satisfying, hopeful, and contributing life.
We're looking for anAdministrative Coordinator to join our Oakdale Behavioral Health Clinic. Our Behavioral Health Services division provides comprehensive and coordinated outpatient services to individuals with mental illness and/or an addictive disorder (alcohol, drugs, or gambling) for both adults and children.

Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Serve as clinic operator/receptionist within ImCal's satellite clinics.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
Operate and maintain various office equipment such as copy machine, calculator, fax machine, computers, laptop computers, projector, cameras, etc.
Conduct initial screenings and process referrals for clinic services.
Schedule, confirm, cancel and reschedule clinical appointments for all providers by phone and/or mail.

Appointment Type:Job Appointment, Probational, or Permanent
Work Schedule:Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Compensation:The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
