Providing high-level administrative support to a staff member within Field Operations and in support of various responsibilities within the Family Enterprise. This person will manage calendars, plan meetings and events, coordinate travel logistics, research and provide technical solutions in a paperless environment, and perform additional administrative functions. S/he will be interacting regularly with Staff members at all levels of the organization, Chick-fil-A Operators, and outside individuals and organizations as needed. This role requires a focus on both results and relationships. Teams at Chick-fil-A work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative manner. Often the responsibilities require real-time prioritization and flexibility on the part of this role. This position is based in the Chick-fil-A, Inc Support Center in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities
Calendar management and maintenance
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters/email communications, financial statements, and other documents using Microsoft Suite
Help coordinate logistics as needed, including working with vendors, setting date/time, coordinating schedules, hosting, and providing on-site support
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time
Coordinate travel arrangements/reservations and complete expense reports
Conduct research and compile data for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and design professional documents as needed
Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings; Detailed note taking
Prepare responses to correspondence as needed
Interact with Operators, other Administrators, and Production Throughput Team and Leadership
Communicate with people outside the organization, representing Chick-fil-A and Cathy Family enterprise
Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
Proactively plan and respond to new and existing events/responsibilities
Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
Minimum of 5 years' experience providing administrative / project support
Expert level technology (computer) and documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Outlook
Desire to learn new technology and adopt as appropriate
Thoughtful and clear communicator with attention to detail and timely responsiveness; Strong verbal and written communication skills and judgement
High level of professionalism and tact in communication and presentation
Experience managing multiple projects independently and simultaneously
Works efficiently and proactively to ensure work is done, not just to completeness, but with excellence; Goes above and beyond in exceeding expectations
Demonstrates adaptability and discernment in interpersonal relationships
Experience using effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
Experience handling highly confidential information
Strong, proactive self-starter with committed follow-through and organizational skills
Detail oriented
Ability to identify and set priorities; Takes the time to understand the needs of others and takes initiative to deliver without needing to be asked
