Job Title: Administrative Coordinator - Automotive Division

Salary: $50,000 annually
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our Automotive Division. This role is responsible for managing post-delivery vehicle processes, including damage resolution, reporting, and recall coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve vehicle damage and discrepancy inquiries in a timely manner
Manage and track sales-related inquiries and follow-ups
Oversee the NVDR (New Vehicle Delivery Reporting) process and ensure accurate documentation
Coordinate damage claims, including determining responsibility, reviewing repair estimates, and processing invoices
Support recall management by:
Creating and distributing recall bulletins
Utilizing recall dashboards and tracking tools
Maintaining recall master data and providing updates as needed
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding vehicle-related inquiries
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed efficiently
Assist with additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Previous administrative experience, preferably within automotive, logistics, or service-related environments
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Skills
Experience with vehicle reporting, claims, or warranty processes
Familiarity with automotive terminology or dealership/aftermarket operations
Pay Details: $50,000.00 per year
