Job Summary
Position is responsible for the coordination and administration of the Leadership Teams operations and processes. Responsible for the delivery of quality administrative solutions and professional assistance for the administrative office. Presents a positive and professional image and rapport with Leadership team, administrative office, credit union staff and members. Position requires complete confidentiality due to the nature of the work and the ability to make independent decisions as necessary.
What You'll Do
Perform administrative and support service functions for the Leadership Team.
Point of contact at headquarters for various tasks and ensuring the Brand Promise experience is realized with all visitors.
Provide support as a secondary liaison to the Leadership Team
Research and monitor projects for the Leadership Teams as requested.
Research, draft, abstract, and prepare reports for the Leadership Team.
Serve on various credit union committees. Transcribe minutes and distribute documents in a timely manner.
Assist with the delivery and management of reports and data for several workgroups within the credit unions online Bridge.
Compile documents for Leadership related meetings.

Must be a tech savvy individual who has a high degree of adaptability to adjust quickly to change
and priorities.
Proven ability to enhance a strong member/customer service culture and environment
Ability to work collaboratively and independently as appropriate in the accomplishment of work.
Ability to perform work under minimal supervision and handle complex issues and problems.
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Adobe.
Associate degree Preferred
Three to four (3-4) years' experience performing administrative support work in an office
environment, preferably with executives or board.
