ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Oncology Return Patient Access - NC Basnight Cancer Hospital
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Administrative Coordinator supports the Return Pt Access Scheduling Team by coordinating complex patient scheduling, maintaining daily operational reports, and participating in department wide initiatives. This role collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, clinic staff, and management to uphold high service standards and improve workflow efficiency. The Administrative Coordinator may also provide guidance on daily operations and contribute to the development of departmental best practices.

High School diploma or GED
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
Three (3) years of clerical or administrative experience.
If Bachelors degree, one (1) year of clerical or administrative experience.
If Associates degree, two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience.
