Key Responsibilities for the Administrative Coordinator:


• Manage calendars and scheduling for senior leadership, including internal and external meetings
• Coordinate visitor registration, reception activities, incoming calls, and mail distribution
• Prepare conference rooms and assist with committee meetings and special events
• Support meeting logistics, including materials preparation and Zoom coordination
• Process procurement-related requests and administrative documentation
• Assist with printing, document preparation, mailings, and other office support functions
• Maintain professional presentation standards throughout reception and meeting areas


Qualifications for the Administrative Coordinator:


• Prior administrative, executive support, office coordinator, or receptionist experience
• Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
• Experience supporting meetings, events, or executive leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
