Shift and Compensation
- Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 PM
- Compensation is from 40,000 USD to 60,000 USD per year
Job Duties
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Serve as a primary point of contact between front office senior managers and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with project coordination and administrative support for company initiatives
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking as needed
- Support event planning, including company meetings, and executive events
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Verify purchase orders, receipts, and invoice details for accuracy.
- Communicate with vendors on billing discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and reorder as needed.
- Maintain organized and efficient office environment
Background Profile
- 5–7+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma
