Shift and Compensation 
  • Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 PM
  • Compensation is from 40,000 USD to 60,000 USD per year
Job Duties
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between front office senior managers and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with project coordination and administrative support for company initiatives
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking as needed
  • Support event planning, including company meetings, and executive events
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Verify purchase orders, receipts, and invoice details for accuracy.
  • Communicate with vendors on billing discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Maintain organized and efficient office environment
Background Profile
  • 5–7+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma
