Administrative Coordinator / Front Desk – Your Job Duties

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, vendors, and callers while keeping the front office organized and running efficiently.

  • Greet customers and visitors as they arrive, providing a friendly, welcoming, and professional experience
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages when needed
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers by providing excellent customer service and assisting with general questions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area
  • Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars as requested
  • Make hotel and air travel arrangements for team members
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general office organization
  • Support multiple team members with administrative projects as needed
  • Help ensure daily office operations run smoothly by staying organized and keep priorities on track

Administrative Coordinator / Front Desk – You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit)

You have:

  • Prior experience working in a front desk, receptionist, administrative assistant, office coordinator, customer service, or administrative coordinator role
  • Strong customer service skills and professional decorum – you enjoy interacting with customers and the team with a friendly, approachable, and professional personality
  • Strong organizational skills – you have a clear system for keeping yourself organized and juggling multiple priorities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work on site every day in Diamond Springs, California. This is an in-office position and is not remote or hybrid

Administrative Coordinator / Front Desk – Benefits for You

Your compensation will be $22.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on your experience level. You will receive employer contributions toward medical and dental coverage, paid holidays and paid vacation and sick time.

You will work on site each day in Diamond Springs, California as an important part of the office team.
