IPS Supported Employment Program: Sanctuary House is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Program Assistant to support our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Supported Employment Program.
IPS is an evidence-based model that helps adults living with mental health and substance use challenges obtain and maintain competitive employment in their communities. As a Program Assistant, you will play an important role behind the scenes by helping our Employment Specialists stay organized, maintain accurate records, track program outcomes, and ensure compliance with Medicaid and program requirements.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple tasks, and supporting a mission-driven team that changes lives every day.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and organize client records in accordance with agency, Medicaid, and program requirements
- Enter, track, and monitor client and program outcome data
- Generate reports and assist leadership with reviewing program performance metrics
- Support referral and intake processes, including communication with referral sources and community partners
- Assist Employment Specialists with administrative tasks that support service delivery
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and team activities
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Help ensure documentation, records, and program data remain organized and audit-ready
- Provide professional customer service to clients, referral sources, and community partners
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or coursework in human services, healthcare, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in administrative support, healthcare, behavioral health, social services, or a related setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience using spreadsheets, databases, and electronic record systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and responsibly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
