Administrative Coordinator

The engine that keeps care moving forward every strong care organization has a steady force behind the scenes. The person who anticipates needs before they're spoken. The one who brings structure to constant movement. The one who keeps everything—and everyone—connected. This is that role. At ComForCare Home Care, we're hiring an Administrative Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our caregiving team in Towson. This isn't a typical office job. This is the coordination hub that keeps in-home care running smoothly, safely, and consistently every single day.

You are the central connection point between caregivers, clients, families, and leadership.

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure shifts are properly covered
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and team growth
  • Manage key operational details: availability, documentation, and communication flow
  • Help leadership stay organized, proactive, and efficient
  • Communicate with families, partners, and external vendors
  • Support outreach efforts and social media coordination

You bring clarity to complexity—and keep care uninterrupted.

You thrive in fast-paced, people-driven environments where no two days are the same. The "go-to" person others naturally rely on Highly organized while juggling multiple priorities Clear, confident, professional communicator Self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction Strong balance of structure, flexibility, and people skills

This isn't behind-the-scenes work—it's the system that holds everything together. Your impact touches:

  • Caregiver consistency and support
  • Family confidence and peace of mind
  • Client safety and continuity of care
  • Overall quality and reliability of services

When this role is strong, everything runs better. Your work doesn't stay at a desk. It reaches into homes. It supports caregivers on the front lines. It keeps families feeling secure and cared for. You are the reason care stays connected, steady, and strong.

If you're ready to use your organization, communication, and coordination skills in a way that genuinely changes lives, we'd love to meet you. ComForCare is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Each office is independently owned and operated. Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
