Overview


A well-established organization within the supply chain sector is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support its U.S. Trade Compliance team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to import/export processes and compliance operations.

This role focuses heavily on data entry, documentation review, and electronic record management, working under the guidance of senior team members and established compliance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter product, classification, and supporting data into internal trade compliance systems
  • Perform administrative tasks related to U.S. import/export documentation
  • Review and audit trade documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Prepare documentation packets for third-party partners such as customs brokers and service providers
  • Maintain electronic files, logs, and trackers in SharePoint and internal systems
  • Upload, index, and organize compliance records according to established procedures
  • Support internal teams by retrieving and organizing documents as needed
  • Assist with internal audits by compiling documentation and data
Qualifications
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to accuracy
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (logs, trackers, simple data review)
  • Experience with SharePoint or similar document management systems preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow structured procedures and compliance guidelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
