Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50lbs; standing or walking with objects up to 10lbs; and sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motions (such as typing).

Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator II will support the Quality Improvement and Office of Performance Services teams at UK HealthCare including: Quality/Safety, High Reliability Organization (HRO), Clinical Registries, and Regulatory Affairs. This position works closely with leadership to advance enterprise mission and goals through administrative operations, data management, and project coordination.

This role serves as a central resource for coordinating administrative functions, managing schedules and meetings, maintaining personnel and operational records, and assisting with financial processes including invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking. Responsibilities also include collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support leadership decision-making; developing dashboards and standard reports; coordinating projects to ensure timely completion; and preparing professional communications, presentations, agendas, minutes, and business reports. The position facilitates collaboration among clinical, operational, and leadership teams while supporting regulatory readiness, HRO initiatives, survey preparation, competency documentation, emergency response coordination, and ongoing registry requirements.
