QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of standard office administration experience.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and comfortable using member databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, sharp attention to detail, and absolute confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working in a progressive, inclusive ministry environment and dedicated to welcoming all community members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, answer phones, greet visitors, and assist the Director of Operations.
  • Operations & Logistics: Maintain the master church calendar, coordinate campus room schedules, and order office supplies/maintain equipment.
  • Communications: Coordinate church-wide emails/mailings; collaborate with the graphic designer on weekly Sunday handouts and event materials.
  • Data & Volunteers: Maintain and update the member database. Provide general oversight to administrative volunteers.
