We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to help continue our legacy of making a lasting impact in the lives of young people.
Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator reports to the School Principal and Assistant Principal and is responsible for coordinating daily operations and communications, both within the school office and between the school and cooperating agencies. This role involves performing a wide range of clerical duties in the main office, including maintaining accurate records, managing calendars, and supporting administrative projects. The individual fosters a welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff, while handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Responsibilities also include coordinating meetings with school districts, assisting with data entry, note-taking, and maintaining organized documentation.
