ADVANCE YOUR CAREER WHILE SAVING LIVESBe the Organized, Reliable Support Behind a Lifesaving MissionOur Blood Institute is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide dependable administrative support across departments and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.If you're organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with people, and enjoy being the person others can count on, this role offers an opportunity to make a difference while supporting an organization whose mission helps save lives.Location: Lawton, OKPay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience plus $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, long term disability, 401(k), paid-time off, $5,000 annual tuition reimbursement, holiday pay, etc.Days: Monday through FridayHours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (some evenings and weekends)What You'll DoAs an Administrative Coordinator, you'll help ensure staff, departments, and visitors have the information and resources they need to be successful.Your responsibilities will include:Answering incoming phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate staff member or department.Preparing and completing reports, documents, correspondence, and other materials as requested.Distributing incoming and outgoing mail each day.Monitoring office supplies and pre-printed materials to ensure adequate inventory.Ordering office supplies and printed materials as needed.Copying, faxing, scanning, and distributing documents.Providing general administrative support to departments throughout the organization.Communicating professionally and thoughtfully with donors, staff, and other individuals who contact the department.Applying sound judgment and critical-thinking skills when responding to questions and directing requests.Proofreading documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with a variety of people.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Must be 21 years of age or olderMust have a driver's licenseMust be able to provide MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations in the past 3 yearsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong proofreading and attention-to-detail skills.Ability to use critical thinking and good judgment when interacting with donors, staff, and others.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.Why Join Our Blood Institute?Every role at Our Blood Institute contributes to a mission that impacts lives.
