Administrative Coordinator
Children, Youth, & Family Services
Annual Salary Range: $59,280 - $88,878.40
Job Summary: The Administrative Coordinator is essential in developing, delivering, and supporting training initiatives for staff and contributes to program quality through training as well as collaboration. This position plays a key role in supporting families enrolled and awaiting services through children's disability programs. This position ensures families have access to critical benefits such as Medicaid and serves as a central point of contact between families, DHS, internal teams, and external agencies.
The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring others, presenting information, and helping colleagues build confidence and proficiency in their work.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of social work principles and practices, youth, and family development, and family system theory; knowledge of Medicaid policies and procedures; knowledge of case management techniques, community resources, and services available; skilled in the use of computers; ability; ability to organize tasks in an efficient manner, follow established policies and procedures, communicate effectively both orally and written form; ability to follow both verbal and written instructions, work both independently and within a team to accomplish immediate tasks, work effectively with both with internal and external consumers.
