Our corporate office in Green Hills is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Our company values innovation, collaboration, and growth. What you will do:

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, scheduling, and shared executive calendar availability

  • Arrange executive travel, process expense reports, and provide administrative support to company leaders

  • Own day-to-day office operations: supplies, kitchen/breakroom stock and cleaning, vendor relationships, basic facilities coordination

  • Coordinate new hire workspace setup and support People Operations with employee engagement initiatives

  • Assist with planning and executing company meetings, events, and team activities, including vendor coordination, invitations, ordering, and day-of logistics

  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned

What you need:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in office management, administrative coordination, or executive support

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, calendar management, and expense reporting platforms

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain confidentiality

  • Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
