Position Description:
Assist and support the CEO in daily operations Receive and respond to all incoming requests from phone and email inquiries in a timely manner Coordinate physical space needs, including repairs, maintenance, and cleaning service Provide oversight to outreach supervisors and hospital responder supervisors, support staff, and volunteers to support daily operations and client activities Coordinate with Fiscal Manager to manage to ensure time is accurate and ready for payroll
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Experience/ Qualifications/ Skills:
Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree or at least +2 years of related experience Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Comfort working with at-risk youth Highly organized and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others Ability to multi-task
 
  • Assist and support the CEO in daily operations 
  • Receive and respond to all incoming requests for phone and email inquiries promptly 
  • Coordinate physical space needs, including repairs, maintenance, and cleaning service
  • Provide oversight to Outreach Supervisors and Hospital Responder Supervisors, 
  • Perform clerical duties 
  • Providing outreach to employers' contacts 
  • Requires some evening hours and some weekends 
Pay Range: USD $55,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Hr.
