Client Overview:
Our client, a well-established financial services firm, is seeking a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support a dynamic team in a fast-paced corporate environment. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr - $27/hr

Position Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to multiple team members, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the department. This role requires someone detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, resourceful, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate setting.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator:
  • Provide administrative support to managers and department leadership.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, conference rooms, and scheduling logistics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and correspondence.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and purchase requests.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and departmental documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking projects.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors.
  • Handle incoming communications and respond professionally to inquiries.
  • Support special projects and assist with additional administrative initiatives.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Coordinator:
  • 2+ years of administrative, coordinator, or office support experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Coordinator:
  • Previous experience within financial services, banking, investment management, accounting, or professional services.
  • Experience coordinating projects or supporting multiple executives or teams.
  • Familiarity with expense management systems, CRM platforms, or ERP systems.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
