Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as this position serves as an important liaison between students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, communicating effectively with diverse audiences, and delivering outstanding service in every interaction. A proactive mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs will help ensure the office remains an organized, responsive, and student-centered resource.

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact beyond day-to-day administrative support. By contributing to initiatives that promote student success and supporting the mission of the College of Nursing, the Administrative Coordinator becomes an integral member of a team dedicated to preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals. The work is rewarding, collaborative, and purpose-driven, offering the chance to be part of an environment where compassion, professionalism, and innovation are valued.
