What You Will Do
- Create and manage all new work orders and files
- Open, maintain, and update records within management system
- Ensure all required documentation and repair orders are complete and organized
- Generate invoices and close completed work orders in a timely manner
- Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service

- Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm
- Working behind a computer for an extended period of time
- Computer savvy
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks
