We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team and support our mission of improving lives through exceptional service. This position will also coordinate our Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) programs for UCF Health.

What You'll Do
Administrative functions
- Provides high-level administrative support to practice leadership, which includes the Practice Administrator and Medical Directors.
- Manages calendars, meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Coordinates conference rooms and events reservations
- Manages provider on-call schedule
- Tracks attendance at assigned meetings and assistance with reporting of value-based metrics
- Coordinates onboarding and orientations for new providers
- Coordinates vendor renewals and subscriptions
- Facilitates communication between clinical and academic program departments
- Orders supplies and equipment as necessary
Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) Programs (M1 – M4) for UCF Health including Clerkship (3rd year) and M4 electives and Community of Practice
- Coordinates shadowing opportunities for UCF main campus students that are interested in a career in medicine.
- Provides medical student orientation and training on assorted topics that include technical skills and soft skills.
- Assists with completion of electronic medical record training and clinical competencies for medical students.
- Organizes work, meets all required deadlines to meet the needs of the educational program
- Coordinates planning and continuous improvement of programs.
- Organizes and plans for future rotations of medical students and growth of the program at the practice.
- Works closely with medical students and clinical faculty on planning educational rotations.
- Liaisons for student education and coalition for medical education
- Assists with the development of policies and standard operating procedures as it relates to medical education programs at the practice.
What We're Looking For
- Education: A two-year college degree or (2) completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
- Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience. Healthcare preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy: Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet computer skills,
- Attitude: Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
